Product Disclaimer, Indemnity And Hold Harmless Agreement:
Acceptance of this product by recipient, either directly or indirectly, from CORPORATE PROMOTIONS & INCENTIVES, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. WARRANTY. Any warranty associated with the product or service accepted by recipient is solely limited to that warranty provided by the manufacturer or distributor or other provider of said product or service, if any. CORPORATE PROMOTIONS & INCENTIVES, LLC. MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEEDS THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM ANY AGREEMENT MADE BY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GOODS OR SERVICES.
2. CLAIMS. Recipient’s failure to give notice of any claim within 30 days of receipt of delivery shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of same and a waiver by recipient of all claims with respect thereto.
3. REMEDIES. Recipient’s exclusive remedy and CORPORATE PROMOTIONS & INCENTIVES, LLC’s limit of liability for any and all losses or damages resulting from defective goods or services or from any other cause shall be for the purchase price of the particular delivery with respect to which losses or damages are claimed. Recipient understands that any additional claims for defective products or services obtained hereunder shall be solely directed to the manufacturer or other distributor of said goods and services.
4. INDEMNITY. Recipient accepts full responsibility regarding said goods or services obtained hereby after date of receipt and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CORPORATE PROMOTIONS & INCENTIVES, LLC, including its officers and directors, from any claim whatsoever, whether in law or in equity, and all liabilities by reason of any matter, that recipient, their heirs or assigns now has, or for which recipient, its heirs and assigns may have in the future, regarding the use and/or ownership of the goods or services.
Delivery:
We will make every effort to meet your required delivery date. We are not responsible for Freight Carrier losses or delayed delivery times. We will invoice products shipped even when delivery dates have not been met. Rush Delivery options available; additional charges may apply.
Product Availability and Pricing:
We reserve the right to add, change or delete within our product line at any time. We provide contract prices which we make every attempt to maintain within the calendar year. However, we reserve the right to change without notice
Our Return Policy:
Returns and Claims: All (Non-Printed Merchandise Only!) returns and claims must be made within 3 days of the receipt of the completed order. No goods may be returned without authorization or written approval. All returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
